The company’s policy is also to provide new employees with several resources, such as e-learning, trainings and ways to build a network to establish working relationships, as well as providing the opportunity to create a development plan and customized learning with a team. Provider Gap 3 may be hindered if DHL isn’t locked into long-term agreements with more intermediaries than just Gulf Air.
