Welcome to My Essay Writer’s associates program, where you can manage your affiliate marketing relationship with My Essay Writer.
Any person or entity participating or attempting to participate in the My Essay Writer associate marketing program, must accept this Associates Program Operating Agreement (this “Agreement”). When registering for or using this Associates Site, you are agreeing to this Agreement.
The My Essay writer Associates Program allows you to monetize your website, social media user-generated content, or online software application (referred to here as your “Site"), by sharing your custom URL with your audience.
When a customer your bring to My Essay Writer clics through the Special Link you provide to purchase a services offered on My Essay Writer, you receive commission income for the lifetime of that customer
You comply with this Agreement to be a participant in the Associates Program and to receive commission income.
You’ll need to promptly provide us with all information that we request in order to verify your compliance with the My Essay Writer Agreement.
Our customers are not considered, through your participation in the My Essay Writer Associates Program, your customers. As between you and My Essay Writer, all pricing, rules, and policies concerning customer orders, product sales and customer service set forth on the My Essay Writer Site will apply to those customers and can be changed any time. You do not handle or address any of the contacts with any of My Essay Writer customers.
The terms of this Agreement begin on your registration for or use of the My Essay Writer Associates Site. You or us can terminate this Agreement whenever we like.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT THAT IS PERMITTED BY THE APPLICABLE LAW, WE HAVE NO LIABILITY FOR ANY OF S DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY RELATING TO THE MAINTENANCE, CREATION OR OPERATION OF YOUR REFERRAL PLAN (THIS INCLUDES YOUR USE OF ANY OF THE SERVICE OFFERING) OR UPON YOUR VIOLATION OF THIS AGREEMENT, AND YOU ARE AGREEING TO INDEMNIFY, DEFEND, AND HOLD US, OUR AFFILIATES AND LICENSORS, AS WELL AS OUR AND THEIR EMPLOYEES, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS AND REPRESENTATIVES, HARMLESS FROM AND AGAINST ALL AND ANY CLAIMS, DAMAGES, LOSSES, LIABILITIES, COSTS, AS WELL AS EXPENSES (INCLUDING ANY ATTORNEYS’ FEES).
